Small Changes Make Big Differences

Born and Raised on Vancouver Island, was the BEST gift ever! Growing up in a slow paced environment gave me an opportunity to really enjoy and connect with the outdoors and the lovely people who surround me. Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to holistic anything! I furthered my studies on account to help others, as I feel I came to this earth to provide healing. I have been in the health care field for many years and have enjoyed every moment. I was finding though, listening to the many comments, stories from various people, I needed to do more to help out in the world. This is where  Hypnotherapy and Reiki came into the picture.  I feel, they found me.
With many years of interacting with all sorts of people and their personalities, I believe I can be a strong asset in your healing path. I can show you tools, to assist you in choosing a more balanced and fulfilled life you have always desired. I’m really looking forward to chatting with you, even if its to release anything you have on your mind.
